My role
I was hired via a third party as lead UX architect and designer, responsible for defining and delivering a completely new website for Happy that would rebrand the business, integrate a new course booking and management system, as well as set them up to meet challenging KPI's and objectives set out below. Key activities included:
- Discovery (stakeholder workshops, peer and competitive review, requirements gathering)
- Information architecture, content taxonomy and prioritisation
- Creation, testing and validation of wireframes and prototypes
- Visual design, creation of component library and design system
- Work closely with development team to create processes that would enable timely delivery of the site, provide assets, etc.
- Documentation and styleguide creation
